Coordination Package
Experience 10 hours of comprehensive event planning services, featuring professional coordinators who specialize in venue coordination and reception guidance. Our discussions include essential elements such as menu selection, lighting, flowers, table set-up, glassware, and other key details, ensuring a seamless event. We also conduct one site visit for room layout and decoration to perfect the atmosphere. Enjoy a vision set-up tasting session for the bride and groom, where you can explore our catering services, including on-site cooking and paella catering options. Our coordinators strategically place cards, seating charts, favors, and finalize visualizations to enhance your wedding packages. To guarantee a flawless execution, coordinators will arrive 4 hours prior to the event to supervise deliveries, staff, and all preparations for a successful occasion. Additionally, the following must arrive 4 hours prior: designers/coordinators, tasting session items, catering deliveries, and staff for the full bar services.
Food & Beverage Service
Cocktail Hour: Enjoy a selection of 3 butler-passed hors d'oeuvres as part of our catering services. Service Time: We provide all the necessary hours for the entire event, ensuring seamless event planning. Set-Up/Breakdown: Our team dedicates 2 hours for set-up and another 2 hours for breakdown, allowing for efficient venue coordination. Dinner Service: Delight in a buffet service featuring a fresh salad, 1 entrée, 2 accompaniments, and assorted dinner rolls as part of our customizable menu selection. Dinnerware: Experience elegance with fine white china, wine crystal, and either silver or gold chargers, complemented by champagne flutes and water goblets. Chairs: We provide elegant white garden chairs (padded) for your guests. Please note that credits for chairs are not available. For those interested in unique offerings, we also provide specialized options such as paella catering and full bar services. Lastly, our wedding packages ensure that your special day is nothing short of perfect.
Table Set-Up
Our event planning services include tables for 10 guests per section, featuring rectangular 8" tables or 60" round tables. We also provide a 36" round or 4ft rectangular cake table and a 36" round or 6ft rectangular gift/sign-in table, both draped with elegant white or ivory linen. Please note that credit is not available for table rentals. Additionally, there are extra charges for linens, table rental, and centerpieces if the distribution of guests changes to 8 per table. Our full bar services and customizable menu selection are perfect for enhancing your event, including options like paella catering. We also offer venue coordination and wedding packages to ensure your special day is memorable, with on-site cooking to delight your guests.

We offer selected fine poly napkins in white or ivory, perfect for any catering services or event planning needs. Our ivory or white poly floor-length linens complement our wedding packages, ensuring elegance on your special day. With a full bar services option, along with an extensive menu selection, we cater to all tastes. Additionally, our on-site cooking and specialty paella catering elevate your event, while our expert venue coordination guarantees everything runs smoothly.
Staffing
Our professional staff, dressed in selected formal attire, ensures seamless catering services for your event planning needs. For a sit-down meal, we provide 1 waiter per 20 guests, while our buffet option includes 1 waiter per 25 guests. Enhance your experience with our on-site cooking, full bar services, and menu selection tailored to your preferences. Additionally, our paella catering can be a delightful feature for your special occasion. We also offer comprehensive venue coordination, including customized wedding packages.
Bar Service
Our catering services feature a Basic Bar that includes 4 Mayors Liquors, limes, lemons, ice, cherries, olives, and disposable barware. For an enhanced experience, our Basic Mixer Bar offers a selection of assorted juices, Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, tonic water, and club soda. Additionally, we provide one master professional bartender for every 50 guests, ensuring excellent service for all your event planning needs. Whether you're looking for full bar services, venue coordination, or wedding packages, our menu selection allows for customizable options, including on-site cooking and paella catering.
Floral Package
Our wedding packages do NOT include centerpieces for the sign-in table, gift table, or bride & groom table. We provide 1 centerpiece per table for groups of up to 10 guests. Please note that flower availability may vary; selections for our event planning and catering services are based on what is currently in stock. Clients can view centerpiece options on tasting day, though samples may be for viewing only. We offer enhancements, including seasonal flowers such as hydrangeas, orchids, and roses, arranged in a 5x5 square glass vase, which must be ordered 20 days in advance. Floral consultations are available at $60.00 per hour after the initial menu selection. For those interested in specialized or additional orders, these require advance payment and are non-refundable; applicable sales tax will be added. We also provide full bar services and on-site cooking, along with options like paella catering, ensuring a comprehensive experience for your event.

We offer 2 site visits for room layout and decoration, and a vision set-up tasting session for the bride and groom, which can include on-site cooking or specialized options like paella catering. Our event coordinator will arrange the placement of cards, seating charts, favors, and final visualizations to ensure everything aligns perfectly with your wedding packages. Coordinators arrive 4 hours prior to the event to supervise deliveries and set-up staff. The following must arrive 4 hours before the event: designers/coordinators, tasting session items, deliveries, and staff.
