Our Premiere, Prestige, and Gala Collections are crafted with attention to detail, ensuring your event runs smoothly, looks stunning, and leaves a lasting impression.
Premiere Collection
Coordination Package
- 10 hours of event planning services
- Professional coordinators for reception guidance
- Discussions Include: Menu, lights, flowers, table set-up, glassware, time line, cake, and more
- 1 site visit for room layout and decoration
- Vision set-up tasting session for the bride and groom
- Coordinator placement of cards, seating charts, favors, and final visualizations
- Coordinators arrive 4 hours prior to the event to supervise deliveries and set-up staff
- The Following Must Arrive 4 Hours Prior: Designers/coordinators, tasting session items, deliveries, staff
Food & Beverage Service
- Cocktail Hour: Selection of 3 butler-passed hors d'oeuvres.
- Service Time: All the necessary hours for the entire event.
- Set-Up/Breakdown: 2 hours for set-up, 2 hours for breakdown.
- Dinner Service: Buffet service with salad, 1 entrée, 2 accompaniments, assorted dinner rolls.
- Dinnerware: Elegant flatware (silver or gold chargers), fine white china, wine crystal, water goblets, champagne flutes.
- Chairs: Elegant white garden chairs (padded) - Credit not available.

- Includes tables for 10 guests per section
- Rectangular 8" tables and/or 60" round tables
- 36" round or 4ft rectangular cake table with white or ivory linen

- Basic Bar Includes: 4 Mayors Liquors, Limes, Lemons, Ice, Cherries, Olives, ETC disposable barware.
- Basic Mixer Bar: Assorted juices, Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Tonic water, Club soda
- 1 master professional bartender every 50 guests
Floral Package
- Does NOT include centerpieces for sign-in table, gift table, bride & groom table
- Includes 1 centerpiece per table (for tables of 10 guests)
- Flower availability may vary; selections are based on availability
- Client can view centerpiece choices at tasting day (samples may be for viewing only)
- Extended seasonal flowers (hydrangeas, orchids, roses, calas, etc.) in 5x5 square glass vase
- Enhancements must be ordered 20 days prior
- Floral consultations: $60.00 per hour (after initial selection)
- Special/additional orders require advance payment and are non-refundable; sales tax applies

- Exquisite vanilla wedding cake covered with buttercream and natural flowers to coordinate with decorations

- Great performance with lights and DJ for the entire Event.
Photography
- Photo series for the entire Event.
