    Weddings Events & Catering Concepts

    Coordination Package

    • 6 hours of event planning services
    • Professional coordinators for reception guidance
    • Discussions Include: Menu, lights, flowers, table set-up, glassware, time line, cake, and more
    • 1 site visit for room layout and decoration
    • Vision set-up tasting session for the bride and groom
    • Coordinator placement of cards, seating charts, favors, and final visualizations
    • Coordinators arrive 3 hours prior to the event to supervise deliveries and set-up staff
    • The Following Must Arrive 3 Hours Prior: Designers/coordinators, tasting session items, deliveries, staff

    • Cocktail Hour: Selection of 3 butler-passed hors d'oeuvres.
    • Service Time: 4 full hours for the entire event.
    • Set-Up/Breakdown: 3 hours for set-up, 2 hours for breakdown.
    • Dinner Service: Buffet service with salad, 1 entrée, 2 accompaniments, assorted dinner rolls.
    • Dinnerware: Elegant flatware (silver or gold chargers), fine white china, wine crystal, water goblets, champagne flutes.
